Last week, we gathered some information for our event and
some of the details for each game. We also bought wristbands, snacks, and water
for the kids on amazon. This week has been our most successful week so far
because we have accomplished a lot of the finishing details for our project. This
week we have gathered every detail for our fundraiser and we have set an
official date to host the event at in the lower school gym at our school. These
details include everything from what games we will to play to each volunteer
that will be present at our event. We have also found a supervisor to be at our
event, the middle school French teacher, Coach Salato. Coach Salato is a very
outgoing, fun and social person that we are so glad that he will be joining us!
Next week, we plan to go to the lower school gym and get a better picture of
what our event will look like and the most efficient way to set it all up. See
