Week 2 Post !

This week we reached numerous goals that we hoped to accomplished in this time. We have started the planning process for our very first event, our bake sale. We are planning this event to take place in mid January at Franklin Road Academy (out school). We will be serving multiple different baked goods at an affordable price! Some of the goods we will be selling include homemade brownies, cookies, and other delicious treats. All proceeds will be donated to American Caribbean Experience (ACE)  ministries located in St. Mary's Jamaica. We are still currently working on the little details that will make this events run perfect and smoothly. Once we have nailed down every last detail, we will begin to advertise through social media and our school. This will allow us to be successful and have the biggest turnout possible. As a result from all of this, we have both learned how to manage our time wisely and efficiently to make sure our events run successfully. Hope to see you at our bake sale!

Week 1 Post !

Our projects consists of three main goals in order for us to become successful. Our first goal is to raise eight thousand dollars, which will go to American Caribbean Experience (ACE) ministries located in Jamaica. Our second goal in this project is to successfully host the fundraisers we have planned. Meaning, we will make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently in a fun and creative way. Our last goal is to benefit the families living in Jamaica. Once we raise our set amount of money, we hope the money will go in a positive direction that will help women, men and children in Jamaica. We will measure our progress through social media and through our blog. We hope to receive feedback from others on social media to give us tips and advice that will help us improve to be more efficient. We also are going to set weekly goals using specific criteria in order for us to make sure we are on track with our project. These weekly goals will allow us to stay efficient with our actions! Keep up with our progress!
